The short version: MigrainSpace stores session data locally to help you track your migraines. That data stays on your device or in your personal iCloud Drive. Nothing is sent to any server. No accounts. No tracking. No ads.
Overview
MigrainSpace ("the app") is a migraine relief and tracking tool for Apple Vision Pro. This policy describes what data the app accesses, how it is used, and where it is stored.
MigrainSpace is developed and maintained by the developer at 13dg.org. The app has no backend infrastructure, no user accounts, and no third-party analytics or advertising integrations.
Data the App Accesses
To function, MigrainSpace may request access to the following device capabilities:
- Microphone — for ambient audio playback features (no audio is recorded or stored)
- HealthKit — optionally, to log migraine sessions to your Health app
- iCloud Drive — to sync your session history across your devices
How Data Is Used
All data accessed by MigrainSpace is used solely to provide the features you request within the app. Session logs are stored locally and used to display your history, identify patterns, and generate doctor summaries.
No data is used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond the direct function of the app.
Where Data Is Stored
All session data is stored on-device in the app's private container, or in your personal iCloud Drive if iCloud sync is enabled. iCloud sync is controlled entirely by your Apple ID and iCloud settings — the developer has no access to your iCloud data.
MigrainSpace does not operate any servers. No data is transmitted to the developer or any third party.
HealthKit
MigrainSpace can optionally write migraine session data to Apple Health. This is off by default and requires your explicit permission. HealthKit data is never used for any purpose other than displaying it within the app or writing it to your personal Health database.
MigrainSpace does not use HealthKit data for advertising or with data mining third parties. HealthKit data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Children's Privacy
MigrainSpace is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children. The app collects no data beyond what is stored locally on your device.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at 13dg.org/MigrainSpace/privacy.html with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
